What Matters Most Photo-Journal Workshop May 3rd 2-4 PM $60/person
We don’t spend enough time reflecting on what matters most. How much time do you spend remembering the wonderful memories you’ve made? How much time to you take to focus on how lucky you are? How often do you allow yourself to dream about what could be?
When I was diagnosed with cancer the first time, I surrounded myself with boards and books filled with photos of myself and my kids. I added motivating quotes to remind myself to never give up. I also added photos of things I hoped to achieve in the future. I journaled openly and honestly to help myself release the pain and reach inner peace every single day. I truly believe that focusing on what mattered most was what helped me get through the hardest times in my life. I have continued to surround myself with “what matters most” to me and I am here to help you do the same.
In this workshop, I will help you create a “What Matters Most” photo journal. In the journal, you can add photos of the people you love, including yourself. You can also add places you’ve been and things you’ve seen that you love. I will have inspirational stickers and postcards with inspiring messages on them to add to your journal. You can also add photos of things you hope to achieve in the future. Then, we will take some time to reflect and journal anything you feel like adding to your special book.
You can use your book to help you reflect on what matters most daily. -Remember who and what matters most to you. -Reflect on what you have and how lucky you are. -Allow yourself to dream about what it possible.
This workshop is suitable for adults and teens. Everyone registered will receive a photo-journal and supplies to use, including inspirational stickers and postcards.
BRING WITH YOU 4x6 PHOTOS of: -who you love (including yourself) -what you love -where you’d like to be someday
