This workshop consists of 12 one-hour videos. Each video has a guided “Align with the Divine” exercise and visualization. Once you are anchored in the moment and aligned with the Divine, you will take part in a Spirit Speaks Session & Integration. After you integrate the session, you will then be led through a deep a powerful visualization exercise to help you create a deep connection with a facet of your highest self. Videos also include some reflection and journaling exercises.
