Every week I will do a session to dissolve parts of your programmed limits and together, we will do powerful exercises and guided meditations so you can continue working on your own throughout the week. Calls will be 90 minutes long and will be recorded for your convenience!
Dive deeper into your limits with me so you can experience powerful shifts. Join me every second Thursday at 6 PM CST via Zoom. We will discuss our experiences to shine a light of love on the deep programs that are holding us back from being in flow with life. I will do a Spirit Speaks Healing Session and integration for the group to dissolve the patterns and free parts of us that have been caged by what we believe.
